Founded by Dr. Edgar Lopez, a performance-based physical therapist with a deep passion for lower extremity rehab and biomechanics, TCK was created to go beyond the traditional clinic model. Bridging the gap between rehab and fitness, we operate within a gym setting to strengthen our integrated, multidisciplinary medical approach.
Our integrated model combines physical therapy, performance coaching, and wellness strategies — delivering the same expert-level care used by elite athletes to those ready to invest in their health and longevity across the Bay Area.

Dr. Edgar Lopez received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina and a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Sciences from San Jose State University.
Edgar specializes in helping athletes and active individuals stay active and continue training safely while recovering from injuries. He also focuses on injury prevention by enhancing overall mobility and performing biomechanical assessments of his clients’ preferred lifts to optimize movement and reduce risk.
He works with a wide range of clients, including weightlifters, soccer, water polo, rowers, runners etc.. with a strong emphasis on functional training designed to support long-term performance and longevity. Edgar’s approach blends evidence-based rehab strategies with personalized training to help each individual move better, stay strong, and perform at their best—both now and in the future.
